	Risk Management - we identify risks to your data and put measures in place to prevent them from happening. Not all risks can be 100% but by having a plan ready for when it does happen it minimises downtime
	Backup Plan. Identify the systems that need their data securing.
	Run-throughs. It's not always necessary, and cost is sometimes a factor but for truly critical systems the cost of run-throughs are in our experience inconsequential against the true cost of ignoring this tool you have at your disposal. We have to test that in a disaster situation the systems can be brought back online in a timely fashion. If they can't be then we find out why before the disaster occurs in reality and take any measures necessary.
	Experienced IT technicians. Networks, Hardware, Software - varied experiences in these areas are key to seeing into the future when it matters, saving time and money. This is more than possible when you truly understand a technology as we do.
	A good use of unambiguous english language. Through long and varied experiences can this only ever be truly achieved. We're still learning but it's at the forefront of our minds with our work, and our quality control procedures are in place to monitor and constantly improve this.
	Secure File and Application Servers.
	Active Directory Servers. Increase security by controlling your network access with an Active Directory.
	Common sense approach to your network and computer infrastructure. Organise computers and networks to aid data backup and other advantages such as speed and efficiency. Common problems include slow networks because of too many PCs broadcasting messages to each other causing too much 'noise' on the network.
